EDClinicUK ships all orders using Royal Mail services from within the UK.

We offer Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery for smaller orders, which are posted directly through your letterbox. Orders sent via this service typically arrive within 2–3 days, although many customers receive their items the very next day. The cost for Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded and Signed For delivery is £5.00.

For customers who need their order urgently, we provide Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day), which is guaranteed by 1 pm and fully insured. This service costs £8.00. Please note that orders must be placed by 11 am for same‑day dispatch.

If your order has not arrived within 5 days, please contact us so we can investigate and track the shipment for you. In the unlikely event that your order is confirmed as lost or missing after our investigation, we will offer you two options:
